H&K Operations is the only company in the state of Georgia who offers mobile flame spray industrial coatings.  Flame spray coating powder is a thermal plastic applied pneumatically. The raw materials, in a dry powder form is propelled through a gun-type applicator onto the heated surface.  Thermoplastic coatings offer customers a more durable, industrial and repairable option to traditional thermoset powder coating.  What sets thermoplastics apart is the ability to repair the coating instead of having to strip and redo an entire piece.  Industry applications include:
